About…
Logan brings nuance to both his performance and compositions. Starting from a young age, he has excelled as a mallet percussionist, his first break came after being accepted into a world class drum corps, Mandarins, at the age of 14. Since then he has competed with other drum corps and indoor percussion groups and is currently marching with RCC Indoor percussion and Vanguard drum corps. In addition to performing with several notable groups, Logan has competed in solo and duet competitions and placed very highly. Most recently, he was fourth in the country in the 2019 DCI performers showcase.
For as long as Logan has been performing, he has been composing and arranging. He first started arranging short etudes for the groups he was a part of, and slowly grew into composing more and more for himself. His first venture into the music for film scene was for an indie film music contest, where he composed a score for Poulette’s Chair and ultimately fell in love with the art of scoring for film. Currently, he is pursuing a BM in Commercial and Media writing at Cal State University Northridge. Logan is fortunate enough to study under the esteemed professor and composer, Elizabeth Sellers.
Logan’s goal has been to create entire worlds and enhance stories with his music that helps to spread positive messages around the globe.
